I am inspired by so many things all of the time. Whether it's the change of seasons, something that I particularly love (hello Autumn/Winter wardrobe!), films, music, nature or the catwalk.
As I just said, the change of seasons is something that I really look forward to. When it's the end of summer, I long for a chilly, frosty morning so that I can dig out my chunky jumpers and boots. When it's the end of winter I can't wait for the sunshine of the spring! My winter outfits are not that different to my summer outfits, just with the addition of coloured tights and an old favourite coat!
I wouldn't say I am a massive film fan, but I do enjoy them when I'm in the mood. Some of my favourites are Dirty Dancing, Love Actually, Pretty Woman, and my absolute favourite High Society. After I watch this film I can guarantee that the next day I will be wearing a cute 1950's style dress, or I will definitely be in the mood for some glamour!
I suppose now would be a good time to show you a little picture of one of my favourite outfits that I have worn recently. Although it might not look that exciting, I really loved it because it was so comfortable but still felt dressy enough for dinner. The picture was taken when I was on holiday in Hastings this summer. It's a lacy dress that I brought from Dorothy Perkins in the sale. I think it's actually a winter dress because it's really heavy and has long sleeves, but it was perfect on a chilly evening at the seaside. The jacket is soooooo old from H & M kids! Ridiculous!
